Why we started
Most fences don't fail. They get neglected.
Cedar loses its protection long before it starts to look bad. By the time a fence has gone gray, it has been drinking rain and taking UV for years. Most of the fences people ask us to replace do not need replacing — they need cleaning and a penetrating oil stain, at a fraction of the cost.
That is the business. We tell you honestly which one you are looking at. If the posts are failing, staining is money spent on a fence that is already leaving, and we will say so.

How we work
Four things we do the same way every time
We test before we stain
Every fence gets a moisture meter. Below 18% we stain; above it, we watch the weather and come back when the wood is ready. We don’t rush to failure — we make sure it’s done right.
Soft-wash, never pressure washing
Pressure washing gouges cedar grain and leaves lap marks under the stain. Soft-wash chemical cleaning lifts gray oxidation, mildew and red clay without touching the wood.
You pay when it's right
No deposit on staining jobs under $10,000. We walk the finished fence with you, fix anything that isn’t right, and you pay when you’re satisfied. Installs and stain jobs over $10K take 25% down.
We tell you when not to hire us
If your posts are failing, staining is money spent on a fence that is already leaving. We would rather lose the job than take it and have you call us in two years.
